Port of Houston

Houston is a glossy, sprawling metropolis, founded on the oil and cattle industries, and since diversified into high-tech, medical and international commerce. NASA tours and exhibits make great side trips before or after your cruises. Most cruises departing from Houston travel to the Carribean, Mexico, or across the Atlantic. The port is about half an hour from the nearest airport.

Nearby Airports:

Two major airports serve the Port of Houston. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is 40 miles away (about 45 minutes travel time), and Houston Hobby International Airport (HOU) is 20 miles away (about 25 minutes travel time).
